Hermanos offers an extensive menu of original recipes, prepared using only the freshest of ingredients. Our beans, rice and enchilada sauce are prepared with no animal products. Our chips are made fresh daily. We do not have a microwave oven!!!
Here are a few selections from our menu:
Hermanos Supreme Nachos
Nachos
with blue corn tortilla chips covered with green chilies, refried beans,
sliced
black olive and guacamole.
Jake's Nachos
Tasty nachos made with chicken, sliced black olive, scallion and garlic.
Taquitos
Mildly spiced shredded pork rolled inside a corn tortilla, deep-fried,
and served on a bed of lettuce. Topped with guacamole, and garnished with tomato
and sour cream or yogurt.
Pastor de Avocado
A fresh flour tortilla rolled around a filling of beef, chicken or refried beans, with cheese, sauteed tomato, black olive, scallion, Spanish onion and
jalapeno, with fresh avacado, a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of cilantro.
Mexican Pizza
A crisp flour tortilla covered with enchilada sauce, your choice of ingredients
(veggies, beans, guacamole, beef or chicken) and cheese, heated under the broiler,
and then topped with a layer of veggies, cheddar cheese and a sprinkling of cilantro.
Carne or Pollo Estufa
Beef
cooked in a red chili sauce, or chicken in a green chili cumin sauce, served
on a platter with refried beans, Mexican rice, a miniature Ensalada de Casa,
and two grilled corn tortillas.
Bruce's Chimichanga
Mexican rice, sliced tomato, and fresh avocado rolled inside a flour tortilla, deep-fried, and then covered with chile or our vegetarian enchilada sauce
and cheddar cheese.
